Start with small period of ten minutes each or even five. You can start with whatever you feel comfortable with. Once you build up the consistency, you’ll gain the momentum and it will become your daily habit.
Develop healthy habits
Apart from thinking and taking actions, you also need to develop habits in other areas of life. Start reading inspiring biographies and self help books to get you back on track when you are lost, starts exercising daily to stay fit, start eating healthy foods to develop focus.
Once you start with a clear vision and then make it a habit by doing it daily in small fractions and make efforts to stay healthy, you’ll soon start noticing changes in your daily behavior which are the primary requirements you need to get ahead in life. So here’s one question to you.
